We provide best-effort FREE installation support via email ONLY. If you have an urgent need for support, we recommend that you contact a local plumber or knowledgeable friend for help, because they can actually see and workout any problems right at your site.
When requesting support, send a detailed description of your problem(s) and also pictures if possible . . . it is very difficult to troubleshoot problems that we cannot understand or see.
Also don’t forget to first check our Troubleshooting and Support page under the DIY Install tab for more information on troubleshooting common problems. Many of the typical issues that installers run into are already addressed in the Frequently Asked Questions listing.
